– If your client has prepared a specific script and has additional media, he would like to share with our team, open a support ticket up in the fulfillment center with these supporting documents.
– If your client has no script and no media, complete our onboarding document, and we’ll book a call to go over your client’s offer.

How many videos do I get with this package?

You get a total of 1 unique Youtube video.

How long are these videos?

The average duration is 60 seconds, but we can customize this.

Are these videos meant for Sponsored Ads or Organic Social Media Posts?

They can be used for both. Please specify this answer on the onboarding document.

Do you provide 100% of the media for the social media videos?

Yes, we provide licensed images, animations, and stock video footage.
If your client wants certain images or animations added to the explainer video before we edit, please send us the media via a support ticket so it can be included.

How are the voiceovers done?

We contract a voiceover actor or actress to read your script. You have 1 minor revision that can be made once your script has been recorded. Therefore, it’s really important to have an approved script before the voice-over actor or actress does their part.

How do I get revisions?

Simply communicate your revisions to your project manager by sending us a support ticket outlining the changes you need. Revisions should be given prior to your approval on the final script.
