How long is the setup time?

– Delivery of the service is instant. Simply order the package, and discuss your project(s) with your project manager.

What development platforms do you support?

– Our development support plans support the following platforms: WordPress, GoHighLevel, Blitzen, ClickFunnels, Shopify, and Webflow.
– If your project is on any other platform like WIX, or Godaddy, please chat with our support before ordering.

Do these development hours expire? 

No, any unused hours carry over to the following month.

Does this development plan include marketing tasks? 

No, if you require marketing work, please order an hourly marketing plan or specific package like SEO, FB Ads, Google Ads, etc.

Can you build checkout pages?

Yes, we can build checkout pages.

Do you need access to my website or my client’s website or domain?

– If you have development work that needs to happen inside of your existing WordPress website, send us the WP Admin login link, along with the admin username and password (full access is required here and in some cases access to hosting).
– If you have development work that needs to happen inside of your Clickfunnels, GoHighLevel, Shopify, or Webflow accounts, send us the login link, along with username and password.
– If you have development work that needs to happen inside your Blitzen account, we have access to everything we need; please proceed in completing your onboarding document.

Any additional access you need from me? 

We may need access to your domain name depending on the task you send us. Your project manager will work with you on any additional information we may require to complete some of your service requirements.

What does your approval process look like?

After you pay for this service and complete the onboarding document, your project manager will confirm receipt of your request through a support ticket. A subsequent Zoom meeting will be scheduled to review project objectives for each month.

How do I get revisions?

Simply communicate your revisions to your project manager by sending us a support ticket or by scheduling a call.  All support hours will be deducted from your monthly support hours.
