What file assets do you provide me?
We provide your logo as a vectored Adobe Illustrator file. We also provide your logo as a layered .png and an .svg for web use. Any additional requirements such as .jpg or .psd can be requested at no additional cost.
How many logos do I get?
You will receive 3 different logo designs. Pick your favorite, and you have 2 rounds of revisions we can apply.
How do I get revisions?
This package comes with up to 2 revision requests so that you can rest assure satisfaction is the ONLY result.
What type of access do you need from me?
We don’t require any access from you. We will provide you with the approved image creatives so you can get them uploaded.

What does your approval process look like?
After you pay for this service and complete the onboarding document, your project manager will confirm receipt through a support ticket. Your new branding assets will be provided to you via support ticket within 7-15 days. If you require any changes during the approval process, we can address them immediately and send you the revised copies. Your Project Manager will work with you to obtain approval.
